Advising clients in the areas of corporate/transactional and real estate, including commercial leasing, purchase/sale agreements, entity formation/selection, employment ownership structures, secured transactions and contract negotiation/review.Also specializing in various legal issues facing drone operators and manufacturers. This includes advising clients on regulatory and legal compliance, insurance/liability, safety/best practices and as well as property rights and common law disputes (trespass, nuissance, invasion of privacy). I also help drone entrepreneurs and start-ups structure their companies so they can "take off" (sorry for the pun).

Mountain West UAS is a 501(c)(3) committed to promoting drone safety and education. I joined the board of directors in January 2023, and have provided pro-bono legal services since joining the group in 2020. Involved with the development of the Buena Vista Drone Training Park, a dedicated drone training/racing facility open to the public. Also drafted grant proposals to fund public education initiatives, including introducing drone training curriculum in public high schools.

Represented clients in a broad range of commercial disputes involving property rights, construction contracts, insurance coverage and commercial transactions under the UCC. Also handled a number of aviation-related matters including advising flying clubs on non-profit formation and drafting/reviewing client contracts for drone service providers.

Advised clients as a solo-practitioner in a range of commercial matters with an emphasis on complex litigation, real estate, property law and contractual disputes. Representative matters included:- spending nearly three years (2016-2018) under contract with with Rollin Braswell Fisher LLC working on multi-billion dollar litigation related to residential mortgage-backed securities (RMBS);- handling various phases of discovery and trial preparation/strategy over a three-year period (2013-2016) in connection with a US DOJ Investigation of a Fortune 500 company; and- advising clients on real estate transactions, entity formation and governance, and commercial/secured transactions; and- reviewing/editing airport planning documents and bid proposals on behalf of international aviation consulting firm.

Co-founded and served as co-managing director of a residential real estate development company. Completed projects worth $2.5 million in central Denver; performed due diligence/market analysis and developed financial projections for prospective acquisitions; negotiated, drafted and reviewed various contracts and corporate filings, and advised company on various legal issues related to zoning, code compliance, etc.

Wrote weekly two-page feature covering the Romanian transportation, as well as weekly profiles of prominent Romanian entrepreneurs. Spoke at multiple high-profile events, including co-hosting annual awards ceremony attended by 500 people.
