  Senior Membership Advisor (Haslemere Leisure Centre), March 2014 – Present• I was responsible for the organisation of staff training days. I thoroughly enjoyed this aspect of my role and had the opportunity to show my creativeness to ensure they were fun, engaging and constructive.• I oversaw many administrative tasks such as finalising client agreements, suspensions, transfers, cancellations, and refunds which was originally all done on paper. I took the initiative to create a digital version to make the task more efficient and GDPR compliant.• I was responsible touring new customers and staff around our facilities. I took pride in representing the centre, using my excellent people skills to adapt to each individual and their needs, helping create a memorable client experience.• My department (Sales and Marketing) was one of the largest in the company. I supported my line manager by being responsible for the setup of any meetings that were required such as sending out invitational emails, setting agendas and the meeting room, as well as following up on attendance and minutes.• I stepped into the management role of the department between manager absences or illness and fully committed myself to the extra responsibility this gave me.• Other responsibilities includes:- Preparing spreadsheets for call focus/txt drops - Prepare a monthly plan/ rota’s/ meeting. - Formulating and implementing monthly team targets and plans. - Creating new leads and outreach events to generate our business.
