My duties as a full time Customer Service Clerk with Longo's had me caring for customers needs in our parking lot mainly. Helping customers with groceries, offering an umbrella service on rainy days, collecting carts, and assisting customers when and where i could. My other duties were cleaning store floors, washrooms, and eating areas. On occasions i was assisting in receiving (w/ electric pallet driver), setting up displays, and would go beyond my list of tasks by anticipating customers needs, and put feedback into action.

I completed a large variety of tasks such as cleaning mashtuns, ferment tanks, and stills, along with prepping grain, cereals, and botanical's. I would also assist at events offering tastings, selling bottles and merchandise, as well as helping with landscaping, cleaning, and constant organization of our distillery. I would assist in nearly all parts of the business front end and operations.
