Zach serves as President of Village Real Estate, a 375+ agent company with offices throughout the greater Nashville region. Zach began his career at Village Real Estate in early 2003. In 2012 he helped re-brand Bob Parks Realty into Parks and opened an office for Parks in the Gulch where he served as managing broker for over six years. In 2019 he returned to Village and purchased the company from the founder along with several partners. In 2021, Village and Parks merged creating the largest real estate brokerage in the state of Tennessee. Zach has experience in managing sales and marketing for 100+ unit high-rise condominium projects from conception to completion. He also works with Crystal Hutton and sells historic Nashville homes and urban condos, primarily in areas on the west and east side of town. Primary areas include Richland-West End, Whitland, Cherokee Park, Green Hills, Lipscomb, Belle Meade, Hillsboro West End, Belmont Hillsboro, 12South, East Nashville, The Gulch, SoBro, Downtown, and Germantown. Zach has led sales efforts from concept to completion for several high rise residential projects including The Residences at Broadwest, Twelve Twelve, and Rhythm at Music Row.
