With over 20 years of experience in various industries, I have developed core competencies in new business development, strategy, and communication that enable me to create value and impact for my organizations and communities. As the Director of Player Development at Perfect Game USA, I oversee the Coastal Region, where I collaborate with coaches and organizations to host high-quality amateur events and provide meaningful opportunities and information to players, families, MLB organizations, college coaches, and fans. I am passionate about promoting the game of baseball and supporting the growth and development of the next generation of players.In addition to my role at Perfect Game USA, I also serve as the Executive Director of Cannabis Alliance of North Carolina, a non-profit advocacy group that believes in the social welfare benefits of medical cannabis for patients suffering from chronic and debilitating conditions. I lead the organization's strategic vision, operations, and partnerships, and communicate with legislators, stakeholders, and the public to advance our mission. I leverage my skills in new business development, strategy, and communication to create awareness, generate support, and influence policy change.
