-Tutor for the first two years of required classes for electrical/computer engineers at UST-Learned how to communicate what I learned in a way that makes sense to someone who is new to certain concepts explored-Helped in my own understanding of the material to make me a better student going forward

-Helped prospective students and parents schedule appointments to visit campus over the phone and online-Educated in Salesforce and how to use it to confirm appointments for faculty, admissions counselors, and other services on campus-Ran the front desk, checked in visitors, and made sure prospective students got to their appointments-Trained as a tour guide to show families around when need be

-Learned how to draw electrical diagrams as they relate to power distribution-Learned how to produce arc flash warning labels with proper ratings-Learned about the project cycle in the engineering department at ArchKey/Parsons-Completed LEAN training

-Set up technology systems as necessary including: iPads, Mac, PC, sound systems, SmartBoards, and networking-Diagnose issues with personal student technology through the use of a database and related systems-Communicated with coworkers to get projects accomplished in a timely manner-Communicated with teachers, staff, and students to assist with technology needs
