Owner-operator of new production craft brewery in RiNo neighborhood. Oversaw buildout, branding and developed flagship brand recipes with brewmaster. Responsible for developing standard operating procedures for staff. Hired, trained and managed 11 individuals that make up the team at the brewery. Oversaw daily operations until front-of-house manager was hired. Built the social media platforms from the ground up to its current audience of 15k. Retained engagement and ran social media advertising to increase sales by nearly 100% after first year in business.

Lead front-end developer in Marketing Department responsible for consumer facing website. Worked closely with design and acquisition teams to meet business goals. Worked within SalesForce, Marketo and homegrown cookie tracking to gain new business via website forms and CRM platforms. Was responsible for complete redesign and responsive implementation for mobile devices. Provided the Product and Engineering Departments front-end implementation code for web apps for subscription customer platforms on an AngularJS code base. Was also responsible for front-end implementation and maintenance for customer portal on a C# code base. Often dubbed as the problem solver by making antiquated code render in all modern and outdated browsers.

Lead front-end developer for many of the websites that the agency launched. Involved in the process from IA, wireframes, design and implementation of the HTML/XHTML, CSS and JavaScript. Worked successfully under tight deadlines for high profile clients. Standards and validation were always followed and achieved to ensure quality experiences across all supported browsers. Responsive development was always taken into consideration and executed per client’s needs.

Involved in building and maintaining elements necessary to the E-Commerce sites for both companies. Designed and implemented blast e-mails based on trending positions in the market to drive sales traffic to the sites. Involved in the design of “Community” sections that offered a marketing-based entertainment experience for online shoppers. Produced content sites for the sponsorship of the USA Surf Team and standalone Surf Section on the site. Also helped brand our private label designs in order to keep up in the retail market, designed and developed style guides and micro-sites as marketing tools for these brands and provided a unique look and feel for the customer. Successfully worked on a variety of projects simultaneously.

Computer Science Department; Hired by the Computer Science Department to help students in Web Design courses. Helped professors market a new course of study that involved introducing Web Design and Development to art students. Used ideas and outlines to design fliers, pamphlets and microsites to advertise around campus. Collaborated with the print shop on campus to get the materials printed and distributed.
