Senior Hrbp & Program Manager-Hr Development Program
Current- Serving as executive business partner to CIO and SVP of Legal for all human resource initiatives related to their larger groups
- Oversee talent review structure and execution for employee base consisting of over 200 employees
- Responsible for employee practices including employee relations, risk mitigation, internal policy development, and compliance
- Proactively act on potential human development activities to ensure long-term strategic success within the organization
- Manage relationships among leaders and team members located across 13 states and multiple countries
- Implement center of excellence (CoE) strategies and work alongside greater human resource team on building new innovations
