My experience at the world-class MCG ultimately instilled in me the philosophy to deliver excellent customer service in every role that I’ve held since. The fast-paced nature of working for the MCC helped further develop my conflict resolution skills, alongside my ability to read and adapt to different situations. As part of a 1000-strong workforce, I found particular pride in confidently delivering on the values and goals that were directed by the MCC.Particular roles in my time at the MCC included; facility close-up; ushering; ticket distribution; managing flow of attendees; spruiking; assisting in match-day logistics and; monitoring match-day access to high-security areas.

At the Reject Shop, I gained important life skills that ultimately allowed me to exhibit strong leadership at a newly-opened retail store based within a high-growth area.Roles included; supervision and management of up to 10 staff on shift; adhering to stock delivery timelines; fostering strong merchandising habits; rostering and back-of-house admin; and delivering high-level customer service.A personal point of pride was my championing a team culture that prioritised pride in one's own work without compromising on customer service and company directives.My proven management track record at the Tarneit store resulted in short-term stints in management positions at seven different stores within the company.
