Zach has successfully assisted over 85 dispensaries in either transitioning to new POS software or starting from scratch. His deep understanding of the cannabis business environment, complex regulatory framework, and emerging retail trends stems from co-founding Weave, a cannabis POS company headquartered in Boulder, Colorado. As the leader of Weave's POS and Customer Success division, Zach ensures dispensary owners are set up for success from day one.
