About Zach Simon

As a Revenue Enablement professional with an emphasis on Strategy, Training & Facilitation, and Change Management, my passion is to help level-up the performance and confidence of orgs, teams, and individuals. I work directly with business leaders to identify gaps, and create tailored enablement and change management solutions to address them. As a facilitator, whether I'm training a group of 5 people or 105, my philosophy is to keep the audience engaged through activity-based learning. Workshops should not be lectures! Get them to speak up and DO things, early and often. Incorporating some humor always helps everyone to loosen up and actually want to participate. Allow people to be their authentic selves, while still challenging them to stretch outside their comfort zones. Cultivating this type of atmosphere not only increases learner enjoyment, but also improves skill retention and information "stickiness."I am a Master of Arts in Behavioral Economics, and a communications specialist. Among other certifications, I am an ambassador trainer of the Sandler Sales Methodology, and the Prosci Change Management Methodology. I am a strategic problem-solver, an excellent writer and presenter, a true "people person," and proficient in Spanish.
