I develop and maintain the processes for student enrollment paperwork and transcripts for every student enrolling in Graduation Alliance's Dropout Recovery. Including, but not limited to, compiling and quality controlling all data, verifying federal compliance, and working directly with school counselors and student advocates on returning any missing student data. Over the past two years I have designed and improved the process still being used today to house, verify, and upload all student enrollment paperwork. In addition, I work directly in a web-based platform entering student transcripts and recovering any missing data. I'm also the overseer of the student incentive reward fulfillment. As such, I am constantly tweaking and updating these operations.

As a server I expanded and honed my ability to provide the best possible customer experience. This included a mastery Point of Sale (to expedite order processing). I demonstrated a strong ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment while maintaining an agreeable temperament.
