• Lead a team of around 200 team members to ensure we are meeting KPI(Key Performance Indicator) of each respective area.• Oversee multiple different areas within the Picking Department and collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to ensure continuous improvement within those areas.• Work closely with Supervisors on their development/career pathing and the development within their teams.• Consistently push our teams to drive up PPH(Picks Per Hour) and drive down our DPMO(Defects Per Million Opportunities) by working closely with the Supervisors and communicating ways to achieve results.

• Triage and resolve Service Now tickets from the Distribution Center.• Determine the root cause of issues by testing and recreating said issues in lower environments.• Develop reports for team members on the floor for them to be able to triage issues as they arise more efficiently.

• Effectively communicate as a subject matter expert to our IT partners as well as Management on processes.• Created power points and analyzed data to present to Management on new systems/processes.• Tested and gained an understanding of software from receipt to shipping. Analyzed processes and results for any irregularities.

• Monitor KPIs to ensure team members are being held accountable and located in the best place to succeed.• Collaborate with leaders from other departments within the Product Distribution Center to gain efficiencies to ensure customer’s orders are being completed in a timely fashion.• Communicate with Product Managers and Supplier Services to improve our processes by how we receive product from our suppliers.• Review data and create spreadsheets to monitor production.

• Work closely with leadership to maintain an efficient workflow between receiving and replenishment.• Action and train changes inter-departmentally to team members to ensure they have a clear understanding of updated processes.

• Ensure product is moved accurately and efficiently between multiple offsite facilities.• Report errors from movement to leadership across facilities.

• Reviewed ECN(Engineer Change Notices) for upcoming changes to the company’s product line.• Communicate changes from ECNs to affected areas, including the time frame of when the said change will transition to an updated revision.• Collaborate with Engineering on upcoming product lines to ensure Bill of Materials is up to date regularly.
