1. In-charge of the whole group company tax planning, related-party transaction, tax restructuring and optimize tax environment;2. Review Monthly Filling / Stamp Duty/Business Tax / Value-added Tax / Individual Income Tax / Annual Filling / Export Tax / Tax Clearance & QIFF/ Hi and New Technology Application;3. Help to reduce the company’s effective tax rate and cash tax payment and manage to achieve significant tax cost saving;4. Prepare tax training for related staff including VAT reform, IIT annual filling and daily tax related training;5. Maintaining relationship with tax authority and defending tax position during tax audits to mitigate potential tax adjustment / imposition including providing expertise and assistance to branch team in different area. Manage “Top Thousand Taxpayer Group”; Response to tax questioning and tax audit directly from State Administration of Taxation;6. Provide International tax support in Hong Kong, Vietnam, Philippine and Sri-Lanka and other Asia countries;

1. Prepare Value-added Tax / Stamp Duty / Surcharge Tax / Individual Income Tax;2. Add-hot tax consultant issue;3. Issue VAT&BT Fapiao / VAT Fapiao verification & reconciliation;4. Contract review for tax clause;5. Prepare TPD / Annual Filling Documents;6. Tax Clearance (Non-trade foreign remittance);7. In charge of Annual Individual Income Tax Filling for Assignees & Local staffs;8. Application for government subsidy (tax bureau & government institutions).
