Vendor Relationship / Quality Management / Factory Qualification / Product Development etc.

1. Customer service orientation, act as interface and actively work with oversea & domestic customer to solve quality issue efficiently.2. Internal quality improvement implementation to achieve customer requirement.3. Provide comprehensive support during customer visit/audit.4. Root cause analysis with 5-Why, fishbone, 8D etc. 5. Participate in LEAN activity / DNV & QC080000 audit etc.6. Supervise 8 employees as team leader.7. Manage 20+ customers including Ericsson, NSN etc.

1. Coordinate, evaluate & qualify new materials into manufacturing production line.2. Responsible for new machine’s setting arrangement, including parameter setup and final qualification.3. Conduct DOE (Design of Experiment) for material / machine / process evaluation, generate and release process instruction for operator to comply.4. Specialize in troubleshooting and manufacturing process optimization, production yield monitoring, control and improvements.
