Service training professional who uses my experiences in organizational cultural engagement and understanding of Equity, Diversity, Belonging, and Inclusion principles to develop talent and drive front-line sales and service initiatives.  I am passionate about using my influence to build a stronger and more inclusive organization, community, and world; so that everyone I come into contact with is inspired to do the same.  What makes me unique is an unwavering positivity and motivation toward gentleness and kindness.  In order to support my professional goals, I have recently returned to school to finish the Bachelor's in Psychology with a concentration in Organizational Behavior program at Colorado Technical University.
