Exposed to a variety of perspectives of accounting and business. From a University, hospital, insurance, and currently most experienced in captive management. Accounts payable was where I started my accounting experiences, but after a few years my knowledge in accounting/business opertions grew to make me more valuable to deeper accounting. A few years experience in preparing financials, journal entries, reconciling, and a majority of client accounting overall. These clients range from power planets, transportation companies and fast food franchises. Working for a independent insurance agency and captive management company, I have a good feel for the insurance industry and functions. Such as, premium reports and assist in loss analyzing. Very experienced in talking with clients and co-workers, as well as regulators, auditors, actuaries, and other third parties.A unique quality I have is the ability to work with a variety of people. I work closely with individuals that live in other states and are able to keep those relationships strong. I am originally from Georgia, but currently live and work in a office in Vermont with no issues at all. I continue to learn and plan to attain my CPA in 2018 to create more opportunities.
