Provided IT Support to internal employees. Researching and answering questions, troubleshooting problems, maintaining Windows, Mac, and Linux workstations, and internal tools and software. Hand-picked to be one of two executive IT support engineers for the 2017 AWS re:Invent convention in Las Vegas, NV. I was responsible for our CEO (Jeff Bezos), his direct reports, and their assistants' IT needs. Wrote documentation, SOPs, and developed scripts to expidite onboarding of new IT Support personnel and execute complex or tedious tasks with ease.

Assisted the Facilities Manager with daily duties, site upgrades, and various repairs, and routine maintenance. Managed site/employee access badges, enforced site security and safety, and built/installed infrastructure racks in the main server room.

Assisted the main support staff with daily tasks such as desk buildouts, inventory recovery, walk-up support, and hardware repair/warranty. Led an end-of-life hardware initiative to securely erase hardware and donate to a local school district.

I worked in both Phone and Chat environments. Assisting customers with everything from general questions to troubleshooting to billing inquiry. Maintaining a decent handle time to avoid it being a hassle to the customer to use the service. Escalated systemic issues as they arose as well as process improvement to help smooth future use.

Ran the cash register (Sales, refunds, orders, end of day). Placed special orders for customers as well as maintained item stock for the store. Repaired RC vehicles and troubleshoot when necessary. Maintained knowledge of electronics and mechanics on board to assist customers with upgrades and root causes of issues. Also relayed info back to manufacturer for warranty / replacement / repair / improvement options.
