• Handle all incoming calls and enquiries to efficiently manage the appointments for six extremely productive practitioners whilst maximising number of patients to achieve highest possible revenue
• Striving to uphold a duty of care towards patients and ensuring their confidentiality while collating and managing the patient database
• Utilise company KPI reports to drive marketing and book-building to maximise patient numbers
• Detailed assessment of all patient’s invoices prior to payment to ensure all information is correct before being processed by HICAPS, Medicare, cash or EFTPOS ensuring no invoices remain outstanding
• Daily reconciliation of up to six individual dentist – ensuring multiple methods of payments balance correctly including HICAPS, cash & EFTPOSACHIEVEMENTS
