As a Real Estate student at the University of Miami Herbert Business School, I am passionate about learning the fundamentals and best practices of the industry. I am pursuing a BBA in Real Estate with a minor in Accounting, which will equip me with the analytical and financial skills to succeed in the field.I have also gained valuable hands-on experience in the legal aspects of real estate, working as an intern assistant property manager at The Moinian Group and as a court paralegal and office clerk at Stark Law PLLC. I helped manage two residential buildings, cleared over 190 HPD violations, conferenced with legal counsel, attended housing court, represented clients, and communicated case status reports. Through these roles, I developed my problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills, as well as my knowledge of the New York housing market and regulations.
