The Institutional Giving team secures bilateral, multilateral, and foundation investments for Sesame Workshop’s global early childhood programs. We focus on children ages 2-8 and their caregivers, fostering smarter, stronger, and kinder communities through empathy, awareness, and DE&I initiatives.• Manage Funding: Identify and oversee funding opportunities that align with Sesame Workshop’s mission. Track deadlines and ensure timely submission of deliverables by coordinating protocols, calendars, and CRMS.• Report and Monitor: Create interim and final funder reports. Monitor grant and prospect activities, and manage pipeline deliverables in Salesforce for concept notes, proposals, and reports for foundations and US government agencies.• Collaborate with Teams: Work with domestic and international social impact teams on project planning for proposals and report updates. Support prospecting and donor research as needed.•Team Participation: Participate in team meetings, provide expertise on funder requirements and grant deliverables, and oversee the grant agreement and contracting process when necessary
