Current• Manage teams that optimize scheduling practices with the iQueue platform at over 125 infusion centers across 15 health systems (ranging from oncology units, general outpatient infusion units, clinical research centers, outpatient BMT units, and community-based infusion centers)• Contribute to thought leadership activities including webinars and blogs, co-led our 2023 User Group conference, and strategic research on nurse acuity models• Mentor and coach team leads and new staff• Serve as an outbound partner for our product managers (2022/2023 scheduling algorithm, 2021 staffing features)• Partner with other business functions on special initiatives such as process consulting services, custom analytics, etc. • Refine and define cross-functional business processes
