I help clients find solutions to lower their utility bills by adding a grid-tied solar system to their home. I take the sales call, design the system, cost out the project, build the proposal, and write the contract. During the process, I educate them on their custom design with or without battery back-up, the current policy incentives both state and federal, and educate them on their current electrical configuration and the integrity of their roof. I continue to be the primary point of contact after installation with any questions they may have.*Currently selling at 39% of in person appointments.*Sold over 300kW of residential solar and 50kWh of battery backup.

• Sell solar systems to residential homeowners; educate customers on moving forward with solar, including: Federal/State incentives, Net Metering, and comparing current electricity bills with proposed solar costs.• Work consistently with the Proposals, Design, and Non-Standard Teams to customize the best solar system fit for each homeowner.• Coordinate site surveys for technicians; schedule appointments and follow-ups for customers.• Present final design; help customers understand the loan documents and payment schedule.

• Sell Car Racks and manage Rentals and Online Orders; work with customers to fulfill their needs;confident with all computer applications used at work, money handling, till counting, and openingand closing duties.• Solely responsible for managing Used Car Rack Sales; receive, repair, and price returned anddamaged out Car Racks and process for re-sale; brought in over $50,000 in used Car Rack sales inthe last five months alone.• Lead in sales for Car Racks and membership conversions in my department.• Mentor and coach for other Sales Specialists for Racks and Rentals; recognized by managementfor my leadership in the department.

• Managed the JV Girls Soccer Team for large High School; taught soccer fundamentals, includingpassing, shooting, positioning, technique, team work, and the overall rules of the game; honored by Varsity coaching staff and team for providing inspiration, leadership, and strong role modeling.

I worked directly under the owner and learned the processes of being a contractor. I learned and shadowed all of the subcontractors to further educate and learn their positions while also helping them with whatever they needed. I shadowed the cement pourers, wood framers, painters, electricians, and also plumbers. In this job I learned how to use a variety of different tools while also learning the function of how contruction management worked and how important it is to keep the site clean.
