Currently the Head of Advisory at Red Pepper, helping Qualtrics customers with more strategic needs related to EX/CX/Market Research. Prior to making that jump I spent three years at the nexus of market research and technology while working as a solution strategist at Qualtrics. As a subject matter expert I assisted throughout the sales cycle by letting my curiosity run wild during the discovery phase, empathizing with buyers and demonstrating value during solution presentations, and showcasing my in-platform knowledge during product demos. While this was my "major" my "minor" consisted of other scaled ways to help the business including running enablement sessions, conducting competitive intel, generating sales plays, and optimizing marketing content.I was well positioned for this job due to my 15 year career in market research on the vendor side. Here I touched a ton of different project and methodology types, from low hanging fruit like concept tests to complex studies like conjoint and segmentations. In that time I executed all phases including survey creation, project management, data analysis, report creation and results socialization. I also broke out of my quant brain mold by becoming a moderator. Research work aside I was involved in sales and client management, carrying a $1.8M bag.Back before all of that I graduated cum laude from Alma College with a double major in Psychology and Economics.
