In 2017 Zac left a 15 year career in film and television and a great job as the production manager on CBS’s Big Brother to open his video production company called Uncommon Image Studios.Zac’s company, Uncommon Image Studios, creates highly produced videos for diverse clients from local businesses and non-profits to national brands and Fortune 500 companies.Since 2005 Zac has worked on dozens of television shows, films, commercials, corporate videos, and web content for clients like CBS, ABC, 21st Century FOX, National Geographic, Diet Pepsi, HGTV, and MTV. On the non-profit side, Zac worked as a freelance producer for the WGBH Educational Foundation in Boston and has produced educational videos for clients like Harvard Medical School, the National Science Foundation and the US Department of Transportation.In 2020 Zac invented and launched a consumer product: The StabiLens Gimbal Ring. StabiLens is a groundbreaking pro video accessory that is currently sold in the two largest camera retailers in the US. Zac loves podcasts and is transitioning his production business from video to audio. He has won national awards for screenwriting, advertising, and directing and is a member of the Producer’s Guild of America. He also teaches video production at Clarkson University in northern New York.He was once karate chopped by Shaq on set... and survived.
