After January 2019, I added working with the brands Ammeraal Beltech, Chemprene, Green Rubber, and MIR, as well as the other global brands in the AMMEGA Group. I work in the same context as Megadyne and Jason Industrial, fulfilling traditional literature projects, digital conversion, and video production.

I am the Traditional Marketing Manager for the brands Jason Industrial, Megadyne, and Ammeraal Beltech in the Americas (Canada, USA, and LATAM) sector of the AMMEGA Group. I complete all graphic design and creative direction work needed in-house and manage our out-of-house projects, trade shows, photography, and videography with external designers/contractors and printers, ensuring staying within our allotted budget while maintaining the quality and consistency of the brands. I am on the tactile side of our marketing team in the Americas and work with our Marketing Coordinators, Head of Digital Marketing, Vice President of Marketing and Business Development, and our Product and Industry Specialists. I also work directly with global marketing as part of the publications, advertisements, and video teams and support the trade show, procurement, and digital teams with graphics and visual communications.While here with Megadyne and Jason Industrial before our merger in 2019, I created a literature hierarchy, naming system, print bidding process, and stock inventory management system to further streamline our literature/assets management processes and shipments and drive down production costs while increasing sales knowledge and support.

Zac began Lloyd Leather to sell small leather goods he was creating. Along the way his brother Jamison tried the hobby and they have be creating ever since. The name Lloyd Leather is derived from one of the main paternal influences in Zac's and Jamison's lives, their grandfather Floyd Lloyd. He was a mechanical engineer, owned Lloyd Bent Bolt - a bolt bending and specialist shop, had many patents that are still in use today and was a survivor of WWII with the U.S. Army Corp of Engineers. His focus on quality and dedication to his craft and family are the main core values we try to emulate on a daily basis in our design, creation, manufacturing and quality of our work.

I create marketing collateral and web/digital graphics for companies of many different sizes and market genres. I help companies create a feel and theme to what they are doing with their end user in mind, communicating the idea, but staying within the allotted budget for the company. Previous/current clients include: OmniMax International, Inc., Red House Marketing, Columbus Department of Public Utilities, Gresham Smith and Partners, RJM Stamping Company, AmeriCheer Inc., Phlex Fitness, Ohio Twistars All-Star Cheerleading, Integrity Gymnastics and Cheerleading, Dublin Thunders Cheer and Dance (Dublin, Ireland), Casto Muscle Foundation, Citizens for Humane Action, Ability Chiropractic, AAA Background Checks, Lancaster High School Band of Gold, The Cheer Combine, CrossFit Grinder and others.

While working with OmniMax through the temporary agency Creative Circle, I was the visual lead for the 10 brands of the company. I would complete all graphic design work needed in-house and manage our out-of-house projects with external designers/contractors and printers, ensuring to stay within our allotted budget and still achieve the right project for the job. I assisted in creating the corporate re-brand and was in charge of maintaining all other brands. This includes all PowerPoint templates, business cards, and letterhead, as well as the entire print process from concept through press checks to finalization. I built the in-house photo lab and was the in-house product photographer utilizing an SLR camera and tether. I also designed the executive team's presentations and the strategic plan deck to present to the board and external customers such as Lowe's, The Home Depot, and Menards. While in this position, I created a file naming and organization structure to find the current documentation and to have a faster turnaround for edits to current and previous pieces. Some examples of my in-house projects consisted of web ads, website and social media imagery, photo retouching, magazine ads, catalog creation and updates, creation of in-store POP and product packaging and labels, along with the overall UX and UI of website updates for all the brands.

In this position, I was in charge of all social media posts, social media communications to the client's questions, email blasts, website updates, purchase/profit tracking, blog posts, and the creation of the graphics for all of these items. The social media platforms used were Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and MailChimp. In addition, I used Hootsuite to keep track of the social media and schedule future posts. These items were done for three major publications, two other minor publications, and two annual publications. While with Inside Publications, we also started Drive To Gold's radio show. I was involved in the overall marketing concept, creating the logo and all graphic design, building and updating the website, and scheduling clients/athletes to appear on the show for interviews. All this was done in coordination with creating the graphic design overflow when needed.

After 6 months with Pro-Team Solutions as an independent contractor working for the Ohio Department of Health, I was hired as a full-time employee. I continued as an Electronic Design Specialist for the State of Ohio Department of Health, assisting over 120 programs in their needs for marketing collateral and graphics such as folders, forms, buttons, banners, posters, website images, websites, etc. While at ODH, I assisted in the re-design of both our internet and intranet sites. I also assisted many programs in updating their current web pages with graphics and logos. In addition, my team and I created and themed our state fair booth with all the images, infographics, and handouts. Throughout these endeavors, I dealt directly with the procurement officer to ensure they had the correct print and product specifications to save time and be within the program's budget while communicating their message clearly.Some notable projects were our "This Side Up" campaign to prevent infant mortality, our tobacco cessation advertisements titled our "Quit Now" campaign (this campaign was nationally recognized, and some items were syndicated through the CDC), the Creating Healthy Communities program helping counties become healthier through local/better food options and tobacco cessation and the School Environmental Health program, a new program to help with a healthy environment regulation for new schools as well as clean up older schools with a support program to do so.

I was a Graphic Designer for the State of Ohio Department of Health as an Independent Contractor. I created projects that project the feel and look as well as communicate the correct information for the specific program. This lead to individual brand/department development and web site traffic growth through visual communication. I also developed an organization system for all graphics in creative services to streamline projects for cost efficiency.

I received inbound phone sales calls, assisting the customer in the best way possible. Using the knowledge gained from sales training, I lead my team most weeks in sales statistics by way of number of sales and retention of sales as well as most other metrics. I was promoted through my work to assist in training new employees, help manage the floor and track our company phone sales metrics to maximize profitability and hit the weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly budgets.

I managed the National Training Center located in Westerville, Ohio. While working as the cheer gym coordinator, I was in charge of all scheduling, payments, instruction, training and marketing. I brought this facility from running in the negative to being profitable for the company through my tenure.

I was the in-house Graphic Designer and lead graphics consultant for Americheer Inc. I have designed new apparel for AmeriCheer Inc.'s clothing line "Victory Wear" and all of the Event T-Shirts for their respective event seasons. This includes all summer camps taught nationally and all events held nationally and internationally. I have also designed ads for Inside Cheerleading magazine, American Cheerleader magazine, Cheer Coach & Advisor magazine and many local newspapers. I helped create a theme and feel for an entire season though my graphics with the compaines point of view in mind (budget). I increased profits by keeping jobs in house that normally would have to be designed out of house. This saved the company upwards of $15,000. I also increased the profits of Victory Wear by creating designs that sold out at events and competitions. The overall increased revenue was around $15,000/year. This job was held in conjunction with being the Cheer Gym Coordinator.

I was on the Americheer Inc. summer staff for seven years. Through this time I was a summer staff instructor, head instructor, the head of staff, guest service specialist, and a camp manager.
