• Providing advice and assistance with writing Job Descriptions.• Candidates sourcing and Cv screening from different recruitment channels.• Arranging interviews, calling candidates for Interviews and conducting Interviews with HR Head.• Administering monthly payroll of the factory.• Undertaking regular salary reviews. • Taking attendance record from biometric device and maintaining attendance on daily basis.• Managing personal files of employees and other contracts.• Investigating/mediating employee’s issues by applying company policy.• Providing advice and information to management and employees on human resource policies and procedures.• Developing HR planning strategies with line managers to consider immediate and long term staff requirements.• Analyzing training needs with department managers. • Providing advice and Assistance in updating company policies when needed. • Arranging staff trainings.• Working on PESSI and EOBI.• Making monthly records of loans and advances of employees• Making Monthly Employees Turnover Ratio Report.• Handling day to day HR related operation of the Factory.• Reporting of all key issues to Human Resource Head.
