Current-Provide in-depth technical support for customers and partners primarily via email-based support ticket application comply to agreed Service Level Agreements.-Troubleshoot and provide support to client's LAN, and WAN connectivity issues Network monitoring of the GPON infrastructure using Huawei iMaster NCE NMS.- Use of various tools to find root cause of problem i.e. Looking Glass, Wireshark Analyzer.- Dealing with latency issues such as Route Optimization and Website Accessibility issuesMonitoring of Multi Router Traffic Grapher (MRTG), PRTG network monitor and Observium.-Internal and external coordination with problem resolution approach.- Configuration and troubleshooting of Enterprise switches i.e. Cisco 2960, Huawei 2750, 5730, 5735, 6730, 6720.-Configuration and troubleshooting of Enterprise Routers i.e. Cisco 2900, 1100, Mikrotik RB 2011, 1100, Juniper SRX 210, Huawei AR161, AR1200E, AR6120 and Maipu.-Implemented routing failover solutions on clients routers, ensuring uninterrupted connectivity and seamless network performance.-Experienced in creating IPSEC tunnels i.e. IPSEC over GRE, GRE over IPSEC and P2P IPSEC over different vendors i.e. Cisco & Mikrotik.-Hands on experience on Billion VPN routers & Mikrotik LTE for providing LTE connectivity to Customers-Knowledge of Layer 2 protocols STP, RSTP, Etherchannel.-Diagnose and resolve technical network issues involving L2 & L3 circuits. i.e. Internet, MPLS. and Data Connectivity.
