Roles and responsibilities include, >Design and implement network and security solutions for global pharma company, focusing on datacenter migrations and multi-cloud connectivity. >Develop physical and logical network designs, ensuring security and compliance. Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scopes, and deliver solutions within specified timelines. >Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Platform, cloud engineering to integrate new technologies and services. >Manage and configure Palo Alto firewalls, Palo Alto Panorama, Fortinet SD-WAN, Cisco Nexus/Catalyst Switches, Cisco ASR/Catalyst Routers, F5 LTMs. >Implement change management processes, ensuring all network changes are documented, approved, and executed with minimal disruption. >Provide technical expertise in incident response, troubleshooting, and resolution for network and security issues.

Role and responsibilities include,• Collaborating with client’s and internal teams to understand the security requirements and objectives.• Review customer’s existing network and security architecture. • Coordinating with client’s cross-functional teams, including network, systems, and security, to design and implement security solutions.• Translate Client’s business requirements into high-level solution designs (HLD).• Translate high-level solution designs into detailed low-level designs (LLD), including network diagrams, configurations, and technical specifications.• Develop and share project prerequisite documents, such as questionnaires, or checklists, to systematically gather essential information from customers and be primary point of contact for project requirements gathering.• Built and configure network and security devices in an offline environment to ensure seamless migration and minimize downtime. • Perform migration activities and conduct post-migration testing to validate the functionality and performance of the network and security devices.• Leading the technical implementation of Security Solutions Projects.• Attend regular project progress meetings to provide updates on network security projects, ensuring effective communication and coordination. Lead discussions on technical aspects of the projects, addressing any concerns and resolving technical barriers.• Develop test plans and execute test cases to ensure that all system components and functionalities met project requirements and quality standards.• Facilitate knowledge transfer sessions.• Organize and lead handover sessions, ensuring a smooth transition from the implementation team to the client’s operational team.• Building of project configuration documents.• Diagnose and resolve network security incidents, create and share root cause analysis.• Conduct regular preventive maintenance activities.• Conducting Proof of Concept (PoCs) of network security solutions.

Role and responsibilities include, • Conduct post-sales design workshops with clients to understand their network security requirements and objectives.• Evaluate customer's existing network security infrastructure and propose deployment methods of newly procured security solutions in their environment.• Create high-level network security designs based on clients' needs, outlining the overall structure and security mechanisms.• Develop detailed low-level designs, specifying configurations, protocols, and technologies required to implement the proposed security solutions.• Prepare and share comprehensive project prerequisites with clients, outlining the necessary information and resources needed to begin the design process. • Leading the technical implementation of Security Solutions (such as: Secure SDWAN, Next gen Firewalls (NGFW), Intrusion Prevention Systems, Secure Web Gateways, Secure E-Mail Gateways, Advanced Persistent Threat Protection Systems, Network Access Control, Endpoint Protection, User Authentication, Endpoint Encryption, Secure FTP, Load balancing, centralized network management) Projects.• Building of project configuration documents.• Conducting acceptance testing, knowledge transfers and handover sessions post implementation.• Provide technical support to customers and share support incident report upon resolution.• Performing preventive maintenance (health-checks) of network security solutions at customer site.• Conducting Proof of Concept (PoCs) of network security solutions.

Role & Responsibilities-> Team Lead of the “Systems Implementation and Support” Team.-> Implementation of Security Projects (Firewalls, Secure Email Gateway, Secure Web Gateway, RSA Two Factor Authentication, Sophos Safeguard Disk Encryption, IBM Endpoint Manager). -> Attend customer support calls related to Projects.
