• Responding to all system and/or network security breaches.• Monitor network and application performance to identify and irregular activity.• Planning, implementing, managing, monitoring and upgrading security measures for the protection of the organizations data, systems and networks.• Daily administrative tasks, reporting and communication with the relevant departments in the organization.• Good understanding of OSI Model, TCP/IP protocol suite (IP, ARP, ICMP, TCP, UDP, SMTP, FTP, TFTP)• Perform regular audits to ensure security practices are compliant• Deploy endpoint detection and prevention tools to thwart malicious hacks• Set up patch management systems to update applications automatically• Installing, Configuring and Troubleshooting of Networking Equipment’s: Routers and Switches.• Sound knowledge of routing protocols - RIP V1/V2, OSPF, IGRP, EIGRP, BGP and Multi-Protocol Label Switching (MPLS).• Experience on F5 (LTM ) Load Balancer.• SolarWinds implementation ,upgrade and operation support. • SDWAN installation and implementation in different customer. • Installing, Configuring and Troubleshooting Cisco collaboration , CUCM, Unity, Presence , Jabber MRA .

Working as infarastructure Department . Main responsibility to maintain the network and palning for new requirment .Campus network for 600 Nodes. Implement LAN, WAN and wireless solution. Deployed VSS 6500 switch as core and 3560 switches as distribution and access. IP telephony solution for internal user using CCM 6.0.They have 500 pharmacies and 11 ware houses around the kingdom. Support to remote and as well as In-house user’ on daily basis .Dealing with different vendor for the infrastructure up-gradation or new installation. Managing the Exchange and active directory and file server etc.
