- Identify and undertake process optimization in clinical waste incinerator operations- Oversee the operation of Continuos Emission Monitoring System (CEMS) and ensuring emission compliance with relevant regulatory requirements- Manage the operations of Industrial Effluent Treatment System (IETS) and ensure discharge compliance with relevant regulatory requirement

- Lead shift team in maintaining production operation of chlor-alkali chemicals including sodium hydroxide, hydrochloric acid, sodium hypochlorite, ferric chloride and methyl chloride- Supervise the daily activities of Plant Supervisors and Plant Operators in the Process Department and other designated employees in the operation of the manufacturing facilities in assigned shift work schedule- Coordinate corrective maintenance activities of process equipment on day-to-day basis- Ensure adherence to relevant safety and health regulations by operation personnel- Plan shutdown and start up activities involving critical process equipment commissioning and/or repairs- Coordinate product delivery schedule and capacity with Logistics and Transportation partners- On-scene commander in managing unforeseen incidents in plant operations involving fire, chemical spillage and harmful gas release- Authorized Permit Approver in managing and issuing Permit to Work which involves routine and non-routine works in the whole plant operation area- Trained in risk management by means of identifying risk and conducting Process Risk Assessment for static and rotating equipment operation
