Project Management is my passion! I enjoy helping organizations to improve project, program, and portfolio management by developing and implementing project governance and training. I gained organizational project management wisdom through my 20 years of professional experience in planning, managing, and implementing a multitude of engineering and environmental projects and programs. For the last six years, I have been managing Project Management Office (PMO) functions including project management process development, training, monitoring and controlling. I thoroughly enjoy teaching project managers, supervisors, and senior management by developing and conducting Project Management Institute (PMI) approved training through the Registered Education Provider (R.E.P.) program. I presented and published project management papers at PMI’s Global Congress and a local chapter.As an engineering manager, I supervise project managers and oversee the effectiveness of organizational project management by evaluating trends of key performance indicator variances. I direct the planning and execution of project management policies, processes, and tools for capital projects. My diverse professional background both in engineering and project management allows me to effectively provide product and project management quality control oversight. My goal is to create a project management coalition in order to enrich the project management profession through education and sharing knowledge.
