Responsible for the delivery of Capital Programmes, Service Compliance works, and Scheme Work Equipment works to ensure the Housing stock is maintained to the highest quality and is achieving set key targets. Tasks include:• Developing excellent long term procurement arrangements leading to a more streamlined, cost-effective and consistent approach to project/contract management resulting in overall reduction in the cost of delivering the service and significantly improving customer satisfaction• OJEU procurement of services and project managed capital and responsive repairs, grounds maintenance and major reinvestment projects• Contract Administration, Project Management and Financial responsibility for the planning and delivery of investment activities from inception to completion, responsive repairs and statutory compliance• Budgetary responsibility for Asset Management services, R&M contracts• Assisting in Developing and implementing an integrated Asset Management database system• Developing joint working with other departments in standardising approach to component specification on new build to minimise future maintenance liability• Consistently achieving delivery of various projects of varying size and budgets on time and on budget

• Led on Asset Management service improvement plans across the organisation to include responsive repairs and statutory compliance• Ensured delivery of annual capital and revenue programmes• Consistently submitted statutory applications on behalf of the organisation and liaised with a multitude of professionals to significantly add value to assets owned by the organization e.g. obtaining Building Regulation and Planning approvals • Ensured requirements under CDM Regulations and compliance were adhered to and met across all projects across all sites through learning, education and training
