• Led Starbucks' Corporate Social Responsibility and Social Impact efforts across 10 countries in the Middle East & North Africa region:
• Delivered +25,000 hours of community service/volunteering in local communities by Identifying and innovating 300 high-impact community service projects and programs which collectively involved +3,000 Starbucks.
• Developed tools, manuals, and frameworks to educate over 3,000 staff members about the brand's Social Impact agenda
• Put over 4,000 youth in the Middle East on a pathway to employment, economic opportunity and/or education through partnership with internal and external stakeholders across the region
• Reduced operational costs in 500 Starbucks stores by USD ~3Million annually by developing and piloting Starbucks' first energy conservation strategy in the region. The strategy is scalable to over 3,000 M. H. Alshaya.
• Navigated the socio-political challenges in the complex region and helped build the brand in local community through effective and meaningful engagement and partnership with local community partners
