Special emphasis is given on girl education and women education, so that they and their families get empowered. It helps in learning a lot about all these societal and cultural norms.

I gained a new sense of professionalism and a clearer view of what it meant to be in the professional world. I would advise everyone to take the opportunity and do an internship. Also I learnt about the General, Spinal and Local Anaesthesia and also the working environment of Operation theatre, SICU, TSSU, CSSD and other various managing and handling skills. Also worked in different types of OTs like Paediatric, Gynae, Obstretic, ENT, General and Urology etc. I also helped in assissting different types of surgeries like Laparoscopic, COMMANDO, Ortho, Eye surgeries and so on. I also helped in Post-operative care and Pre- Anaesthesia care.
