After obtaining my diploma for a Personal Support Worker , I realized that my passion is helping others through service to them and creating a positive team atmosphere. Throughout my work experiences and previous role at SureCall Contact Center I helped to build connections with clients by understanding their concerns and finding solutions to fit their needs which leads me to my current position with CDI College where I continue to help others find their passion as well!
