• Ensure all calls are answered within 10 seconds.
• Log jobs accurately on the FOCUS system.
• Reply to all emails within 20 minutes of getting the emails.
• Log jobs to the correct KPI & keep on top of the SLA’S.
• Log jobs to the Maintenance, Cleaning, Catering & Security team.
• Assign all jobs to the correct contractors.

• Customer service co-ordinator delivering a professional and customer focused helpdesk for all soft Facilities Management service requests across a number of hospitals, which comprise this contract for a prestigious NHS.
• Receive service centre requests (telephone calls, emails) from all areas within each of the hospitals.
• Enter details of all calls into computer based facilities management (CAFM) system and following up details of action and outcome.
• Develop teamwork, customer focus and a flexible approach to work within the spirit of Serco culture.

Work alongside my work colleagues to make sure to close down all jobs that have been logged onto the geneva system and the job don’t fail. Close down jobs with the correct Response time & Completion time.Chase rapid response team/ Supervisors to make sure domestic cleaners have attended & completed cleaning job that was logged.Create reports, record jobs.
