Senior E-Commerce Specialist
Current• Responsible for Omni-Channel merchandising operations for Amazon, Website, and E-Bay for Canada and US marketplaces• Creating and optimizing product listings and pages through Amazon seller central & CMS following best SEO and ads friendly practices. • Forming digital media content including PDP, A+, pictures, banners, brochures, & videos • Developing and optimizing Amazon PPC campaigns including, sponsored products, sponsored brand, sponsored display, ensuring low ACOS, and high ROI• Working closely with advertising team to build campaign and campaigns specific landing pages with an objective to enhance conversion and drive sales• Analyzing Web, Google Analytics, Jungle Scout, Helium 10, and Keepa for optimization, competitor analysis and new product opportunities. • Preparing weekly local Amazon FBA shipment plans and assigning tasks to warehouse team members• Coordinating with vendors to execute Amazon Global Logistics (AGL) FBA shipments.• Acting as a key point of contact Amazon sellers support, resolving technical issues through case management, and ensuring policy compliance. • Publishing bulk inventory, pricing, and product updates through CSV flat files.• Forecasting and maintaining mandatory inventory levels in coordination with procurement team• Carrying out pricing analysis, ensuring competitiveness and profitability• Performing data analysis and audits to track, improve category performance, and exceed KPIs• Training and monitoring performance of junior e-commerce merchandizers and ads specialists
