The role is varied and supports multiple parts of the business, managing key accounts on a daily basis, supporting the sales teams at a technical level during demonstrations (online and face to face), completing RFI’s, and working with clients on complex development requirements to ultimately form project initiation documentation. Responsibilities:• Manage the company’s largest key clients requiring regular travel to client offices, manage licence renewals, discuss business plans and objectives, demonstrate and sell the large software suite available• Support the new business sales team from a technical perspective during demonstrations, use in-depth product knowledge to advise on options for implementation and identify opportunities for additional sales• Offer technical advice on hardware and software requirements tailored to individual client needs and size• Work with clients to produce project initiation documents, complete complex and detailed RFI and supplier tender documentation• Work closely with clients undergoing large projects, taking the lead on solution and implementation planning and specification development. • Support internal account management, project management, and development teams with queries, and scope client requirements to ensure customer success• Consult with internal business directors to identify and implement change across the business, and advise on developments to be included into core applicationsOther tasks include generally supporting the business in all departments, ensuring business critical information is being shared appropriately, and improving business processes where required.

*Manage project development from beginning to end by developing full-scale project plans and associated weekly communications documents*Ensure that project scope, goals and deliverables that support the business goals are successfully achieved*Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion*Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate client resources ensuring timelines and deliverables are met*Establish trusting client and working relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers*Conduct meetings with analysts, clients, technical teams and management teams to ensure smooth implementations *Resolve issues and manage client expectations throughout aggressive delivery schedules by continual communication with large client teams*Coordinate every phase of the SDLC ensuring deliverables from the appropriate teams are reviewed and approved in a timely manner
