Previously (12 years) was attached with VTD (vacuum transport deposition) Coater tools technologies system. Now In charge of Metalizer and HPVD machine (sputtering tool). Report directly to the Shift Manager. Supervises and lead the manufacturing team to meet the goals in terms of Safety, Quality, Throughput, Controls and Cost. Managing the production systems and associated utilities in a safe and controlled manner with minimal environmental impact and in compliance with legislation and the requirements of the Safety Management System.

Responsibilities:- Daily monitoring of LNG, O2, DRY-AIR, N2 pressure.- Daily department administration (e.g. update report, production throughput, etc)- Ensure subordinates comply with company rules & regulations and working procedures.- Handle all inventory/material requisitions.- Trouble shooting process problem related to quality & productivity and liaise with maintenance in problem solving.- Train, develop and motivate subordinate to achieve higher performance standard.- Conduct education classes for subordinate.
