With over 18 years of professional experience, I began my career as a web developer before transitioning into real estate, where I became a licensed REALTOR® and Real Estate Broker. As the founder of Shellhammer Consulting, I mentor businesses across industries, helping them achieve measurable growth through strategic marketing campaigns. Additionally, I’ve brought my expertise to the non-profit sector, serving as the Marketing Coordinator for Urban Roots Teaching Farm, where I connect communities with its mission and enhance its outreach, fundraising, and marketing efforts.I’m passionate about diversity and inclusion, having served as the past President of the Las Vegas Chapter of the LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance.
