As a part of the Data, Analytics, and Pricing team, I focus on the quantitative development, analytics, and modelling of new financial products. World Bank funded team developing novel econometric and statistical methodology for estimating dynamics. Developing novel econometric estimators for estimating flows on latent true measures observed with error. I am part of a team that is writing a series of papers focused on poverty dynamics in developing economies. My research develops the mathematical and statistical foundations for identifying higher-order dynamics where data is potentially measured with error. We aim to publish a series of methodological and application papers using these novel econometric estimators, and illustrating the importance of methods that can account for data errors, particularly in survey data.

AMI is an organisation focused on empowering and upskilling young Africans to change their communities and the African narrative through leadership, social entrepreneurship, and advocacy. As a Founding Member and head of finance, I sat on the executive of the organisation and led the financial strategy and operations.

Youth Voices Conferences, a registered NPO(VA), is an annual conference for senior high school students. The aim is to mobilise the youth to contribute towards the betterment of South Africa, which it seeks to do by providing a platform for extra-curricular learning, debate, and critical engagement. My role was in overseeing individual conferences and looking for expansion opportunities. This includes guiding local executive committees organising the conferences and ensuring that all conferences run effectively and achieve its goals.
