• Creating, improving and maintaining accounting processes and manuals in cooperation with companies finance controllers for SIA 4finance IT and it’s 4 branches (UK, Czech, Poland, Lithuania)• Preparing consolidated Annual report, cooperating with internal and external auditors• Ensuring monthly, quarterly and yearly closing processes to be aligned with group requirements• Preparing tax reports, CIT calculation, communication with responsible government institutions regarding taxes and related reports• Monthly bank transactions, general ledger, payroll postings and other (AP, AR, FA, cash claims etc.) depending on capacity and requests• Team leading (3 people)

There were replaced 3 systems – accounting, HR and group reporting system• Monthly bank transactions, general ledger and payroll postings, as well as other (AP, AR, FA, cash claims etc.) depending on capacity and requests• Coordinating financial data reports for European Project• Coordinating tasks between responsible accountants (AP, payroll, FA, VAT)
