Worked closely with international offices on commodity planning and vendor selection. Cultivated life cycle supplier relationships. Developed road mapping for annual sales demand, fluctuations with stakeholder, company, and industry requirements.· Realized a 20% savings by leading a competitive bid process for each major supplier commodity, resulting in an overall savings of more than $20M dollars. · Gained efficiency and reduced purchase/delivery time by procuring and implementing internal purchase order and tracking system.
