Candidate Management:• Specialising in placing Junior to senior professionals within multiple industries like start-ups, ecommerce, public sector, family groups, Telco & FMCG industries with focus on the UAE and Saudi Arabia market • Meeting set targets in relation to: screening CVs, sourcing new candidates for the business using a variety of methods, including headhunting, referrals and job boards.• Sourcing potential candidates through different channels and sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean Search, X – Ray Search). • Effectively utilizing online recruitment options such as social media platforms including but not limited to; LinkedIn, Naukrigulf, Indeed, Gulf Talent, Bayt and International Job Portals and networking forums.• Managing a portfolio of candidates by remaining in close contact with individuals actively seeking a new position and those who may be considering new roles in future• Searching the database with the consultants to match suitable candidates to new roles• Conducting telephone and face-to-face interviews with candidates to complete the first phase of registration• Arrange for interviews by coordinating between candidates and interviewee and ensure‐preparation and documentation as per the agreed timing and date. • Update the master recruitment report and share a monthly report with the recruitment‐manager.• Creating and implementing successful approaches to achieve client goals & deliver on target staffing plan.Business Development:.• Researching news and developments affecting relevant industry sectors in order to build knowledge and credibility within the market place• Proactively acting upon information gathered from candidates and research, actively promoting and continuing to build the reputation of the Robert Walters brand in the recruitment market place.• Creating company maps/profiles for headhunting purposes• Managing key relationships with the client management, employees and candidates.
