Ensuring that the plan is communicated to all stakeholders and team members through Work in Progress (WIP) documentation.Complete operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.Ensure that tasks are started and completed and monitoring the burn down of tasks. Adding new tasks to the plan as they are identified and projecting a new completion date.Prioritize tasks with internal and external stakeholdersCreate and managing a functional test plan to ensure that features and applications are implemented to specification; manage review of all artifacts by the right subject matter expert etc; triage defects throughout project delivery.Assessing and implementing new processes, new tools and new technologies (if appropriate) in order to continuously improve efficiencyEnsure employee satisfactionOversee KPIs of all employees and reward when employees hit targets when appropriateEnsure that nexlabs hires “the right people” across the boardMonitor expenses, invoices and accounting proceduresContribute in building a culture of transparency, openness, collaboration and innovation
