Working on this position since company opening. Have created entire solutions architecture and made first server-side implementation. With our project, users are able to view and edit Microsoft Office files, PDFs and images stored on a network drives and SharePoint in a corporate network, work with e-mail, calendars and contacts (MS Exchange, Communigate), browse intranet Web sites. Was responsible for growth and promotion of .NET Framework platform as well as Microsoft development tools Visual Studio and Team Foundation Server in Russia. The main goals: Microsoft development tools promotion, consultancy, support and training of Russian and CIS developers, participated as a speaker at public Microsoft events and its partners, involved in internal testing of new versions and products, participated in Visual Studio and Team Foundation Server localization process. 2010-2011 years worked closely with Microsoft Sales mostly as a consultant on Team Foundation Server deployment and setup from scratch as well as transition from competing products, helped to establish development processes, product testing and releasing for large Russian customers. Among the clients are Russian National Taxation Service, MTS (MobileTeleSystems) and Kaspersky.

My tasks included adaptation of existing proprietary platforms for new customers (based Borland Delphi, Visual C ++, Microsoft SQL Server), regular meetings and phone calls with customers, analysis of customer needs, preparing requirements for other company developers, code quality control and timing assignments, improvement of company underlying platform. The main challenges were a large amount of work to scan and OCR daily (from 30K to 80K sheets per day), high expectation of recognition quality (up 99.5% on critical fields) and short turnarounds.
