Responsible for managing the execution of a proof of concept that consisted of integrating SAP NetWeaver Business Warehouse (SAP BW) and SAP Business Objects Edge to establish a baseline to leverage our existing SAP business intelligence platform and to define our future BI strategy. Performed SAP HR employee and compensation one time data extract to perform the initial data load (IDL) of Success Factors, a cloud based human capital management tool.Created an internal SAP data model to establish the framework for development of SAP Infosets and SAP queries (SAP ECC 6.0). Managed a team of three consultants on executing the mapping, data integration, and data migration from legacy Nextel to legacy Sprint commission systems processing all retail transactions for the direct retail sales channel on a daily and weekly schedule.Worked closely with cross-functional business groups and business analysts on reviewing and validating requirements for the integrated commission's project across both organizations.Successfully reversed engineered the oracle backend point of sales tables to understand the data structure of the transactional data for the retail system. Created database links to perform data extraction and created several views and PL/SQL procedures to stage data before sending daily and weekly feeds to the data mart used by the Legacy Sprint commission system.Assisted developers in the creation of outbound interfaces and transmit transactions via scheduled UNIX scripts.

Managed a team of four consultants to perform major enhancements and new development projects in support of the Legacy Nextel sales and commissions business group. Projects included the code rewrite of PL/SQL procedures for a custom built ETL environment and the development of web based reports/ documents using Business Objects. Participated in the requirements validation, design, and development of PL/SQL procedures to support the code rewrite of an enhanced version of the Direct Sales channel ETL modules. This effort included the extract of data from oracle incentive compensation module and the oracle backend billing systems. Modified Business Object universe, developed Business Objects reports, and maintained Business Objects repository against oracle database changes to support the user requirements for a wide selection of daily month to date and yearly commission reporting requests.Prepared and maintained the project management deliverables and reviewed and evaluated statement of work with project vendor.
