Responsibilities :*Provide OCC operations management and safety assurance.*Develop OCC operators, mentor and coach for APM operations.*Measure Operations KPI, generation of reports, provide cost and schedule estimates on APM operations and provide technical expertise for all operations of APM system.*Planning and managing the emergency/degraded scenario drills including the Dubai Airport stakeholders for system assurance and team preparation.*Integration of work management, safety and (CMS)competency management system of the O&M team.*Develop operations and emergency procedures, manuals and perform analysis of the system performance on monthly basis.*Perform root cause analysis on system operations and maintenance issues.*Supervise subordinate personnel including hiring, determining workload and delegating assignments, training, monitoring and evaluating performance.* Lead in incident and accident investigation, internal and external audit, emergency and crisis planning and safety culture programs.*Manage a work force to ensure fair employment practices and other managerial duties assigned by Superior.

OCC (Operation Control Centre) Controller on the CITYFLO 650 SystemJOB RESPONSIBILITIES: -• Supervise and coordinate schedule regulations to meet scheduling objectives.• Maintain balance headways in accordance with service schedules.• Prepare availability and daily dashboard for the service updates.• Control access to mainline territory and control mainline automatic / manual movement of trains.• Keeping tracks of fitness of the fleets availability for service under minimum operating requirements and raise work orders for the corrective maintenance of vehicles and mainline equipment. • Implementation of work authorizations, clearances for train ATC territory and responsible for proper implementation and protection of work permit.• Manages the mainline emergencies and fault recovery strategies in accordance with established rules, procedures and support the team in making decision for failure management strategies.• Conduct planned and emergency power shutdown in accordance with implementation of ATP protections and rules.• Manage Traction power substation to 750 VDC and monitor alarms and implement power switching for provision of alternate service in case of emergency or maintenance.• Responsible for all communications directly involving operations and power isolations and power devices through ICS throughout the mainline and OMSF area.• Support offline testing of CPUs, ICS and subsystems by wayside team or project team.• Escalate the ICS or any subsystem issues to the higher management causing safety limitation or shortcomings on contractual commitments to raise the issues to Bombardier headquarters.• Supervise and monitor the working in maintenance facility and mainline during authorize permit within safety limits and protection under the rules and procedures.• Advise changes in SOPs and operational document according to the operational requirements to system development team.

Delhi metro line called Airport Express Line of 22.7 Kms, connecting the city with International airport of Delhi based on SIEMENS track circuit based signaling system LZB 700M and SICAS ECC interlocking. The fleet from Spanish rolling stock CAF running on speed of 105 KMPH to cater passengers from the heart of the city to airport and extended to Dwarka line. Baggage handling system as an added feature to the line providing facility for luggage check in at station, dedicated coach in the train for loading and unloading of baggage for check in, the system based on SIEMENS signaling.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: -• In charge of the train service on mainline catering passenger throughout with safe operations complying with the safety procedures.• Traffic regulation by the headway and dwell management.• Induction of the trains from maintenance facility and sidings following the timetable management.• Failure management during the emergency scenarios complying to the safety procedures and standard operating procedures.• Authority to issue the work permit for engineer possession and management on weekly basis of maintenance requirements including the corrective maintenance.• Coordination with TPC (Traction power) team for removal and induction of train with confirmation of the area energisation and de energisation for 25KV OHE during maintenance and passenger service hours.• Coordination with station controllers for activities at stations and access of critical rooms for authorized personnel.• Monitoring the safe passenger flow at the stations and prepared for the crowd management inducting extra service by new fleet induction.• Follow incident /accident reporting procedure and dealing with the scenarios.

Station Controller:-Operation and Management of station system which includes platform station door functioning,retail and earning management, customer service, BEMS system of station, co-ordination with airport operations.During emergency scenarios deal technical failures including management of crowd and guide staff for smooth functioning.Train Operator:-Competent to drive train in Auto mode/coded manual/restricted manual/high speed and low speed cut out mode.Troubleshooting and co-ordination with central control in case of failures and emergency.Prepare the train and prove it fit for passenger service after checking all functionalities and passenger convenience system physically and through TCMS screen.Troubleshooting on the level of authorised personnel either inform the abnormality to central control and operate train within safety procedures and complying to minimum operating requirements.
