My responsibilities are but not limited to:  Identify suppliers, negotiate and source I.T equipment and complete building material. I.T procurement, network configuration and administration. Windows 2008 Server management and system support. Draft policies, procedures and guidelines to manage the process of selection of vendors.  Planning, direction and coordination of activities to ensure that goals are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters. Planning to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishments, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases. Established work plan and staffing for each phase of project, recruitment and assignment of project personnel. Confer with project staff to outline work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority. Direction and coordination of activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget. Review status reports prepared by project personnel and modify schedules or plans as required.
